Terms of Service — Vendrex POS

By using Vendrex, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Vendrex ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Vendrex is a point-of-sale and business management application. We provide tools for sales, inventory management, customer management, reporting, and related business operations.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use Vendrex. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Some features require a paid subscription. Fees are billed monthly in advance. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. We use RevenueCat for subscription management and payments are processed securely through Google Play.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to access, tamper with, or disrupt the Service
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
Use the Service to transmit malware or harmful code
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Data Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to your business data. We claim no intellectual property rights over the information you store in Vendrex. We may use anonymized, aggregated data for service improvement and analytics.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions, data loss, or data corruption. You are responsible for maintaining backup copies of your important data.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vendrex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Haiti. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Port-au-Prince, Haiti.
