Refund Policy

Subscription Billing

Vendrex offers subscription-based pricing for Pro and Enterprise plans. Subscriptions are billed monthly through Google Play and managed via RevenueCat. You can cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Google Play account settings or within the Vendrex app under Settings > Subscription. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds

Because Vendrex subscriptions are processed through Google Play, refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policy:

• Within 48 hours: You can request a full refund through Google Play for new subscriptions.
• After 48 hours: Refunds are at the discretion of Google Play support. We recommend contacting Google Play support directly for refund requests.
• Partial refunds: We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period.

Free Trial

Pro plan offers a free trial period. If you cancel during the trial, you will not be charged. If you cancel after the trial ends, the standard refund policy applies.

How to request a refund

To request a refund:

• Google Play: Visit Google Play Order History and find your Vendrex subscription to request a refund.
• Contact us: Email support@vendrex.store with your account email and order ID, and we will assist you.

Exceptions

In exceptional circumstances (e.g., extended service outages, billing errors), we may provide refunds at our discretion. Please contact our support team with details of your situation.
