Vendrex is a modern point-of-sale (POS) system built for Haitian businesses. It runs on Android and lets you manage sales, inventory, customers, employees, and reports — all from your phone. It works with or without internet and supports both HTG and USD.

Vendrex stores all your data locally on your device. When you lose internet, you can continue selling, adding products, and managing customers normally. Everything syncs automatically to the cloud once your connection is restored. You never lose a sale because of connectivity issues.

Yes. Vendrex is built for multi-currency operation. Set your primary currency to Haitian Gourdes (HTG) and enable US Dollars (USD) as a secondary currency. Exchange rates sync automatically via our cloud service, or you can set them manually. All historical transactions preserve the exchange rate used at the time of sale.

Vendrex offers a free Basic plan for small shops (up to 500 products). The Pro plan is $19/month for unlimited products, multi-currency, purchase orders, employee management, and advanced reporting. Enterprise plans start at $49/month for multi-store operations. See our pricing page for details.

Yes. All data is stored securely in Google Cloud using Firebase. Your sales, products, customers, and settings are backed up in real time. Even if you lose or replace your device, you can sign in on a new device and all your data will be restored.

Yes. Vendrex supports Bluetooth receipt printers. You can print receipts for customers after every sale. Receipts show the transaction in the currency used, with the base currency equivalent.

Employee management is available on the Pro and Enterprise plans. You can invite staff members via email, set role-based permissions (cashier, manager, admin), track individual sales, and manage shift logs.

Yes. Vendrex supports bulk product import via CSV files. You can export your existing product list, edit it in Excel or Google Sheets, and import it back. This makes it easy to migrate from another system.

Currently, Vendrex is an Android app. We're working on a web dashboard for account management, reporting, and administrative tasks. The POS itself will remain on mobile for reliability and offline capability.

You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Your data will remain accessible until the end of your billing period. If you cancel, you can continue using the free Basic plan. See our refund policy for details.
